Homes England intends to procure the services of a local help to buy agents to support the administration of its help to buy products.
The scope and service required is also split into 2 parts to align to Homes England’s digital transformation programme.
Help to buy agents perform an important role in assisting Homes England to deliver its low cost home ownership (LCHO) and equity loan funded home ownership products to provide a seamless and consistent service to customers.
This contract will be split into 3 geographical lots including:
Lot 1: (North East and North West);
Lot 2: (Midlands and London); and
Lot 3: (South East and South West).
Please note that within lot 2 there is a geographic split of the Midlands and London. No shared ownership or affordable housing service is required for the London element of that lot.
