The licence fee for the current Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) expires on 31.7.2016 and this contract will commence on 1 March 2016 to support the transition to a hosted solution. The duration of the contract will be for forty one (41) months initially — 5 months transition and 36 months hosted and managed services.
The contract includes an option to extend for two (2) periods of twelve (12) months each.
