As a result of an ongoing business transformation programme, East Thames Group wishes to procure a hosted and fully integrated human resources & payroll software solution to replace its existing non-integrated systems.
A review of ETG’s Human Resources Team identified the opportunity to migrate to a new HRAPP technology platform to drive efficiencies in both the service and cost. East Thames therefore invites proposals from suppliers that can deliver a hosted ASP solution to run on an initial 5 year contract.

The basic contract is for 60 months duration with a value not to exceed 300 000,00 GBP, with the option of a subsequent 36 month contract extension, and then a 24 month contract extension to follow. The 36 and 24 month extensions have a combined value of 200 000,00 GBP and the total overall possible contract term is therefore 120 months or 10 years.
