II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

The provision of an accommodation based hostel support for young people aged between 16-25, who are at risk of homelessness, abuse or other factors which may impact on their own health and wellbeing and that of the wider community.
The service acts as emergency short term accommodation for young people who have become homeless or are unable to live at home for some reason.
The service will be accessed vial referrals from the housing panel and will provide 24 hour cover with waking night staff. The service will support 22 young people.
The aim of the service is to improve the young person’s quality of life by putting them back on the first step towards enabling them to reach their full potential and in preparation of more independent living arrangements.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 1 750 000,00 GBP
