The Parliamentary audio and video archive provides a unique record of the proceedings of both Houses of Parliament and of a wide selection of committee meetings. The archive is the only complete collection of this material. The scope of this tender covers the bulk of the video collection, held on approximately 49 000 tapes of the Beta family amounting to approximately 90 000 hours in duration.
The Authority requires a Contractor to develop a digitisation plan for this material, as well as storing the collection in a secure, climate controlled facility.
