A floating support service available to adults with learning disabilities living in (or seeking to live in) social housing and who are not eligible for social care services.
A service that works with all housing providers.
Work with priority individuals (those who require an average of 5 hours/week or less) to support them in achieving, maintaining and (where appropriate) moving on from their current housing arrangements to a tenancy that promotes independence including adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
Web and telephone based support including advice and guidance on how to apply for a tenancy, support to complain about a tenancy, and tenants rights and responsibilities and.
A service that actively promotes equality of opportunity, choice and quality of life.
This service is not intended to provide or substitute for adult social care or to support health outcomes not related to housing. For example, it may be appropriate as part of a new tenancy to assist a service user with registration with primary care services, however it will not be appropriate to accompany the service user to health appointments or to support them with personal care plans.
