The contract will include the supply, installation, implementation, support, maintenance and development of all the necessary software and hardware and related services.

To supply, install, implement, support, maintain and develop all the necessary software and related services to provide a Housing Management system and associated software and hardware, which includes the following Service Summary elements which comprise a single Lot:
Housing management information system:
Supply, implement and support a fully integrated housing management system including all major modules, workflow and reporting which integrates and interfaces with the organisations and partners main application systems:

Mobile working solution:
