This procurement is for a Housing Management System to replace Cambridge City Council’s and South Cambridgeshire District Council’s (hereafter known as ‘The Councils’) existing Housing Management Computer System provided by Orchard. The Councils are looking for a commercial off the shelf solution (COTS) and not a bespoke computer system.
The contract will be for a period of 5 years; thereafter The Councils may, in agreement with the Service Provider, extend the contract for a period for each and every 2 years up to a maximum duration of 21 years. The contract value stated within the OJEU notice is to allow the contract to remain in force for the maximum duration.
