Description of the contract
The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) wish to appoint a supplier to provide housing market data including data on house prices and the private rent market, for a period of up to 5 years. The tender is also split into four lots – House Price, Rental, Commercial and Land Values data.

The HCA will send you the relevant tender documents, this will include an acknowledgement of receipt and intention to respond form which must be completed and returned to us within 48 hours of receipt. You will have until the 4 April 2013 to send through any questions related to the tender and the deadline for returning the completed tender documents to us is 1pm on 19 April 2013, we then expect to award the contract by 13 May 2013. All discussions, meetings and communications will be conducted in English. The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP. This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by the HCA and the contract between the HCA and supplier. Bidders should highlight any areas they consider commercially sensitive in order for the HCA to be able to honour our transparency obligations without undermining the bidders commercial interests. Candidates are advised that the HCA is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“The Act”).
