Planned maintenance (including Survey) This Framework covers the period from 2016 to 2019, with an option to extend for 1 year, PKC owns approximately 7 400 homes for rent, including a high percentage of flats with clusters of mixed-tenure housing blocks across 4 lots namely City, North, South, and Lethem (Includes Hillyland and Tulloch). Maintenance work shall include Annual surveys for Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and Works as required as following:
— common repairs- this relates to work needed to repair communal doors, windows, internal close areas and repair or replacement of door entry systems to improve security measures,
— structural repairs or work to upgrade or replacements of fabric, such as external walls, roofs, doors, fascia, soffits, and rainwater goods,
— repairs within the curtilage of the buildings, this include footpath, steps etc.,
— the scope of maintenance includes painting and other routine works, etc.
There shall be a maximum of 3 lots per a single contractor.
