The Council, working through its Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) known as Blackpool Coastal Housing, wishes to establish partnering arrangements with contractors with the aim of delivering its Housing Capital Works refurbishment from 2013 to 2017.
The Council invites contractors who can demonstrate relevant experience and a track record of successfully delivering major housing refurbishment schemes, to register their interest to provide services to its housing stock in respect of the following proposed works categories:
Kitchen and bathroom.
Replacement gas heating.
Electrical re-wire/ heating installation.
External works.
Paint and repair.
Conversion works.
