Framework Agreement for Housing Related Support Services for Older People
Calderdale Council is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations and individuals to submit a written tender to provide housing related support services through a Framework Agreement. The Agreement will cover four distinct areas (lots): • Generic floating support – upper valley (e.g., Todmorden, Hebden Bridge, Ripponden) • Generic floating support – lower valley (e.g., Brighouse, Elland) • Generic floating support – Halifax • Accommodation based support in an extra care setting And may (but not exclusively) include the following lots: • Generic floating support – bereavement support • Generic floating support – those suffering from dementia • Generic floating support – LGBT community • Generic floating support – BME community Applications are invited from Providers who wish to be in a position to bid for the delivery of services in one or more of the above service areas. The Framework Agreement (“the Framework”) is intended to commence on 1st June 2012 and shall run for a period of 4 years, terminating on 31st May 2016. During this time the Borough Council of Calderdale (“the Authority”) may enter into a number of call-off contracts for services in each or any of the categories of service included within the Framework. It is anticipated that any services called off initially will commence 1st November 2012.
