The London Borough of Sutton is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a Housing Support Service for Adults with a Learning Disability (note: not personal care).
The contract will initially be for a period of 4 years, with an intended commencement date of 1.10.2014 and with the option to extend the contract for a further two years, in 12-monthly intervals, at the discretion of the Council.
The Council is tendering this contract through the London Tenders e-tendering portal, our preferred method of advertising and managing contract opportunities. Prospective Tenderers are advised to register their interest by going to https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf

Sutton Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision.
A pre-qualification questionnaire is available on the portal which the Council shall evaluate to identify the shortlisted suppliers to be invited to tender.
It is the opinion of the London Borough of Sutton that TUPE will apply to this Contract.
The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost or any tender. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous tender submitted.
Deadline for expressions of interest and submission of a completed pre-qualification questionnaire is 12 Noon on 7.2.2014.

This Contract Notice has been placed on OJEU on a voluntary basis and relates to Part B services of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (“the Regulations” as amended) accordingly, the Regulations only apply in part and where necessary. The London Borough of Sutton does not bind itself to abide by any part of the Regulations which does not expresssly apply to procurements for Part B serrvices. The Council will ensure that all applicants are treated that there is transparency at each stage of the procurement and tendering process.
