In addition to the above, there are a number of women living within homes across North Ayrshire who are experiencing or at risk of violence or domestic abuse on a regular basis. There is, therefore, an additional requirement for the Council to contract Outreach and Counselling Support services for women.
The Provider is not expected to deliver specialist services that go beyond the remit of Housing Support. Some service users may require input from Health or Addictions services to deal with underlying problems. The Provider is not expected to deliver these services directly, but is expected to develop close working links with mainstream services to facilitate access for clients, and to assist clients to manage conditions and minimise the impact on tenancy sustainment.

(2) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that the candidate, their directors, or any other person who has powers of representation, decision or control of the candidate has not been convicted of conspiracy, corruption, bribery, or money laundering.
