The HR Advice & Guidance service is required as part of an integrated HR advice and guidance service providing first line support and case management directly to line Managers and HR Business Partners within Network Rail on a nationwide basis. The integrated services will include elements such as;
Knowledge Management Service delivered through:
A telephone and E-message Advice Line,
Intranet Information Service,
Case Management,
Targeted Topic Communications,
Campaign Management Capability,
Management of MI Data,
Adherence to Data protection.
The Supplier shall operate the Services seamlessly with the other service activities of the Network Rail HR team so that from a Line Manager perspective the
Advice & Guidance Service will be an
indistinguishable extension of Network Rail HR. The in scope topics for advice and guidance cases will include the following for example; Discipline, Grievance, Bullying and harassment, Managing Performance, Managing Absence, T&C Enquiry, Flexible working, Recruitment, pay & benefits, working arrangements.
