United Utilities are looking for a provider that can deliver an integrated HR service that supports line managers in the fulfilment of their people management responsibilities. The service will deliver a combination of proactive and timely advice from HR experts, along with the use of an integrated IT configuration. The IT solution required a high functionality intranet, accessed seamlessly from the United Utilities intranet, through a secure log-in, with the ability to produce comprehensive Management Information reporting.
The service will be provided directly to line managers at every level of the organisation from team leader to directors, covering a 24 hours 7 day week operation.
An integrated HR advice service is required incorporating:
– relevant content for employee relations topics
– a telephone advice and coaching service on
employee relations topics
– a case management system
– MI reporting on all activities
– Training and Seminars
The provider will be required to supply all technology associated with the service and meet the following requirements
– Fully hosted solution
– Compatible with our existing HR, enterprise systems and intranet
– Comply with our Security Policies and Standards
