(a) Support and maintenance services for years 6 and 7 of the Contract should HIAL exercise its right to extend the Contract by a further 1 or 2 years.

(b) Assistance with the migration and importing of data from its existing systems into the new system.

(c) Future provision of any development services required in relation to the new System.
