Research and development consultancy services. Naval service attitude surveys 2013-2015. The Directorate of Naval personnel strategy aims to deliver sufficient, capable and motivated personnel to the Naval service. To shape, direct and evaluate personnel strategy the attitudes and perceptions of the Naval service and their families need to be understood. As part of this a number of attitude surveys are conducted on an ongoing basis, annually and ad hoc surveys to support specific projects including the Workforce intelligence programme. This includes the annual surveys conducted with service personnel and their families, and joining surveys. There is a requirement for a suitable contractor to undertake the distribution, analysis and reporting of the attitude surveys on behalf of the Naval service for FYs 2012/13, 2013/14 and 2014/15.
Please note, the Authority requires expressions of interest and does not have any further information at this stage.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
