Business and management consultancy and related services. Business-development consultancy services. Provide a report to understand, measurably define (metrics) and validate DE&S outputs
Provide a report with high quality baseline data to answer the questions ‘what does everyone do?’ and ‘what output to we get from each person?’ in relation to staff in DE&S.; then define the priorities and value of these outputs from staff, and benchmark their value. Plan, manage and deliver, with and on behalf of the authorised officer, all processes and activities that support the delivery of this report, including but not limited to the provision of resource; data gathering and analysis; surveys; questionnaires; interviews; and ‘priority-decision’ panels.

Support the authorised officer and sponsor in the provision of presentational materiel for DE&S Boards and Board Away Days. Attend these Boards as required by the Authority
