HR Programme E-ACT is a leading education sponsor, formed as a not-for-profit social enterprise, developing successful academies and free schools across England. We are setting new standards in educational excellence working closely with parents and partner organisations. Further details can be obtained at www.E-ACT.org.uk The purpose of the HR programme is to build capacity in Academies through a targeted training and development programme for HR staff in E-ACT Academies. This will provide E-ACT with a cost effective solution to developing HR locally through intensive training and development over an initial period of 12 months.
