The London Borough of Harrow is seeking to establish a framework agreement for ICT consultancy services. The Council has outsourced its IT development and support to a major public company. The Council has retained a small in-house client team responsible for agreeing strategy and projects and monitoring performance of the implemented solutions. The Council is seeking to procure additional consultancy advice to strenghten its capacity to act as an intelligent client to seek comfort that the solutions proposed by out IT partners are are appropriate for its needs,and, s far as possible, suitable for the future.
