It is the Board’s intention to manage the Competitive Dialogue process via an e-procurement tool that is currently being set up. Candidates are requested to express their interest by initially registering via the Mytenders website (see II.1.5). Subsequent access to on-line documentation will be notified to candidates as soon as the new e-procurement site is operational.
The Board will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers (incurred at any stage in this process) and accept no liability for any costs, charges or expenses, irrespective of the outcome of the competition, or if the competition is cancelled or postponed.
The Board reserves the right not to award all or any part of this contract.
Note: Candidates who previously expressed their interest in the original OJEU Contract Notice (2012/S 43-070603 dated 2.3.2012) are required to respond to this Notice.
