St Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Academy Trust is looking for a supplier to integrate the Trust’s Core Network and Server Infrastructure which currently operate independently across 8 site with varying ages of equipment.
St Cuthbert’s Trust comprises of 8 Schools (one Secondary School and seven Primary Schools) within the Boundary of Kingston Upon Hull.
The proposed project involves a refresh of the Trusts Core Network infrastructure to improve ICT as a key support for effective teaching and learning; to improve communication, collaboration and flexible working across the Trust and to simplify and harmonise network management for the support team. In order to achieve these objectives, and in addition, provide a robust element of future proofing, it will be necessary to bring the current environment up to date with the latest networking standards.

The 5 or 6 highest scoring bidders will be taken to the next stage of this restricted procurement process. The Authority and the Trust will decide to take forward either 5 or 6 bidders depending on the scores received from the Selection Questionnaire. If there are 5 clear highest scoring bidders these bidders will be invited to tenders. If the sixth highest scoring bidder is within 2 marks of the score of the fifth highest, then the sixth highest will also be invited to tender. Applicants must also achieve a minimum score of 3 for each question in line with the quality assessment scale in the Selection Questionnaire. Any suppliers scoring less than 3 on any question will be rejected.
