David Nieper Academy is a secondary school in Derbyshire with a capacity for 850 pupils. The school have an in-house technician and require ICT helpline support for higher level jobs and to provide cover if the technician is absent. The school also currently receives a Network Manager on site one day a week from their current provider for regular check-ups on systems and to support the technician with physical jobs on site. It is envisaged that there will be no TUPE transfer of staff. The contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for two further 1 year periods.
