Provision of ICT Strategic Partner of ICT Hardware, Software and Services which all academies (currently 44 in number) within the Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT) can access in each of the 6 areas in which TKAT operates: East Sussex, Essex, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey and West Sussex. This is a new contract for TKAT to offer a strategic pan TKAT solution for its ICT requirements and to gradually replace existing contractual arrangements the individual academies have with their ICT Providers. TKAT would like this new contract to commence on the 1.7.2019 so that activity can take place over the summer break with new IT infrastructure being in place for a number of priority academies ready for the start of the 2019/20 academic year.

The contract is for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to 2 years. Maximum contract period 5 years. The decision to extend the contract is at the sole discretion of TKAT and subject to the performance of the successful supplier. No guarantee or commitment as to the initial and future value of any work arising from this contract can be given. Bidders are strongly recommended to be available for a bidder briefing to be held on the 3.5.2019. Time to be confirmed.
