The Group is looking for a partner organisation to provide 3rd line technical systems and infrastructure support to the internal ICT team, for the core hours 0700 – 1900 but potentially 24/7.
The Groups operates a MS windows server network in a VMware virtual environment, supported by a Cisco network infrastructure delivering applications to 550 users located at 30 sites via Citrix XenApp with an integrated Zeacom IP telephony solution with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
The services required are: -.
— Support Services, via telephone and remote support -.
O Hardware – Servers, SAN, Network switches, Broadband routers, Firewall Appliance.
O Windows Network – Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and infrastructure services.
O Windows Applications – Exchange, SQL, WSUS.
O Infrastructure Systems – Vmware VSphere, Citrix XenApp, Remote Access, Firewall, Backup & Restore.
— Consultancy services including systems development, implementations, project management and training,
— Coordination and financial processing of Hardware, Application and Support Contract Renewals –.
O HP servers, Cisco.
O Citrix, EasyNet SDSL, VMWare, Veeam,
O IP telephony services, potentially in partnership with 5i Ltd.
Currently the support and maintenance for our integrated IP telephony solution (Zeacom, CUCM and other Cisco devices) is provided by 5i Limited part of 365 ITMS Limited, the service we require either directly or via a partnership arrangement with 5i Ltd is: -.

O Hardware – Cisco network switches, routers and wireless network equipment.
O Telephony Systems & Applications – Cisco Call Manager and Zeacom applications.
O Remote monitoring of network devices.
