ILM Level 7 Programme in Leadership and Management The council has successfully recruited 10 new graduate management trainees on a 2 year fixed term to the new Sandwell Graduate Development Programme. During the 2 years on the programme we would like all 10 graduates to undertake a leadership and management qualification at level 7. The Council would like to appoint an approved provider of the ilm Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management. It is expected that the provider deliver a bespoke tailored programme of development to the 10 new management graduate trainees over an 18 month period starting in October/November 2016. It is anticipated that the programme links to council strategy projects It is expected that the graduate undertake one of the projects during the graduate programme timeframe. We would like the programme to achieve the following outcomes: To develop the new management trainees: • Strategic skills to help them make informed decisions and enhance their personal brand • Enquiry skills in how leadership and Management can make a difference to the achievement of impacts within a system • Competence to deliver a compelling business case • Confidence in how to embed a culture of high performance within a system The budget for this programme is £35,000 – £40,000 The provider must be an approved registered provider of the ilm level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
