Scottish Borders Council, NHS Borders and their planning partners are seeking to create a contract for independent advocacy to be delivered across the Scottish Borders. A commitment will be required by the provider to deliver the provision of locally based, high quality, independent advocacy services with the aim of supporting service users and where appropriate, carers to have a strong voice.
