The initial contract length is 4 years. Subject to the availability of funding and satisfactory performance by the Provider during the initial contract period, the contract may, with the agreement of both Parties, be extended at the end of the initial contract term for a period of up to 2 years.
This is a procurement for services specified in Part B of Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (Part B services). Accordingly the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) only apply in part. The procurement exercise will be conducted in accordance with the information contained in the contract documents. Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Council has voluntarily decided to incorporate a standstill period at the point when information on the proposed award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the Contract is entered into.
