The objectives of the service to be provided are to: • protect, sustain and enhance the IRP’s reputation for independence, integrity and transparency • provide the capability, as and when required, to establish effective working relationships with relevant local and national media in support of IRP activity, and • provide the capability, as and when required, to establish effective working relationships with local organisations and DH to deliver media and communication plans in support of IRP activity.
