Description of the contract
An assessment of the impacts of exempting Electro-Intensive Industries from the costs of CfDs. The contract requires a two phase project answering a number of specific research questions. The first phase will focus on agreeing a methodology to answer these research questions. The second phase will focus on quantitative modelling to answer the research questions.
