Waltham Forest Council is seeking expert assistance to help us innovate our customer experience and frontline service delivery. This project will form part of our new Digital and Technology Strategy to enable our Customer Experience Strategy, which in turn sits as part of our new Public Service Strategy, the council’s response to the challenges and opportunities presented by the pandemic.
