This inspection contract will run for a 24 month period to enable all fixed electrical installations in the Council’s portfolio to be inspected/tested.
The contract period is expected to be from February 2014 to February 2016.
This tendering exercise will be conducted using the PCS Tenders system.
The ITT will be issued via PCS Tenders and will contain a Supplier Appraisal Questionnaire, the Council will analyse the responses to the Questionaire in accordance with Regulations 23, 24, 25 and 26 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012, to identify those Applicants that have the economic and financial standing and technical or professional ability to deliver the Contract. Rejection shall be automatic unless the potential bidder is able to demonstrate business, technical, and financial capacity and propriety in respect of all of these requirements in relation to the provision of the services forming the subject of the Contract.
