Install and Maintenance of Alarms, Door Entry and Communal Aerials

Description

Efficiency East Midlands invites you to tender for the provision of the Maintenance, Servicing and Installation of Alarms (Fire and Intruder), Door Entry/CCTV systems and Communal Aerial systems. The work categories are divided into Lots to allow potential providers to bid for one or any combination of the Lots. The Lots are allocated as follows

1. Fire and Intruder Alarms
2. Communal Aerials
3. Door Entry and CCTV

The Framework will be for a maximum of 48 months and members will call-off Contracts from the Framework for a maximum of 48 months with the option for annual renewals subject to satisfactory performance reviews.
