To appoint experienced and suitably resourced.
Contractors for the installation only of kitchens, bathrooms and associated products in their housing stock across parts of Scotland and mainly in Edinburgh and the Lothian region on behalf of itself, its present and future subsidiaries.
Castle Rock Edinvar is a registered provider of social housing. The Contracting Authority is part of one the largest property management, development and regeneration companies in the UK.

Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association Edinburgh is seeking expressions of interest from innovative and suitably resourced, qualified and experienced installation contractors to deliver a kitchen and bathroom installation service for housing stock in parts of Scotland, primarily within Edinburgh and the Lothian region.
The contract will be for 3 years with an option of a further 2 years extension.The projected value of the contract over the five years (which assumes that the extension period is utilised) is expected to be 1.9 million GBP.
The projected programme of works over teh contract period will be in the region of 100-140 kitchen and 100-110 bathroom installations per year.
The contractor will be required to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to working with Casthe Rock Edinvar to provide effective services that deliver value for money in the short and long term to both Cathe Rock Edinvar and its customers.
