The Council is looking to put a contract in place for Insurance and Claims Handling Services.
Please note, the Invitation to Tender document must be downloaded directly from the South East Business Portal www.businessportal.southeastiep.gov.uk. The Council will not be looking to send out the ITT directly unless specifically requested.

Organisations must register their interest on the South East Business Portal in order to be kept informed of any changes or notifications regarding this tender process. The Council will not be held responsible for not informing any organisation who has not officially registered their interest on this site. Please note, this site is free of charge to register.
The Council is looking for tenders based upon a Long Term Agreement of 3 years with the options to extend for two additional periods each of 1 year. The options to extend beyond the initial three years will be at the Council’s discretion.
The Long Term Agreement shall contain a break clause in the event of any significant changes to the Authority introduced by Central Government or other bodies that would make the continuance of the Long Term Agreement unsuitable for the Authority.
The tender will contain 6 seperate Lots, and tenderers are invited to submit bids for one or more of the Lots contained within the tender.
Lot 1 – Property.
Lot 2 – Leasehold and Domestic Properties Buildings Insurance.
Lot 3 – Casualty.
Lot 4 – Motor Fleet.
Lot 5 – Engineering Inspection and Insurance.
Lot 6 – Group Personal Accident.
A number of selection pass-fail criteria will apply to each Lot, and details of these can be found within the Invitation to Tender document. Please note, any organisation who is not able to meet the requirements contained within Part A of the Method Statement, will not be considered any further in the evaluation or award.
