Brighton and Hove City Council require a full insurance claims handling service for it’s casualty classes Employer’s Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Officials Indemnity (OI) and Professional Indemnity (PI). Non injury claims up to GBP 500 will be excluded from this, as these claims are handled in house by the council’s insurance team.
BHCC are seeking quotations for a initial term agreement of 3 years with the option to extend of up to 24 monts at the Council’s discretion.
