Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: A- S&P or equivalent
Names and qualifications of the employees responsible for service delivery.
Names of other Universities receiving similar services and the risk classes involved.
Reference to the relevant law, regulation or administrative provision: The tender is open to insurance companies and underwriters licensed to transact insurance business in the categoies listed in II.1.6 either in the UK or EC member state of domicile. Insurers must be authorised by the UK Financial Services Authority or equivalent.

The tender / subsequent contracts may also be extended to include other higher education establishments of a similar profile at any time.
