Overview of insurance services provided to Emergency Service organisations over the last 3 years.
Standard & Poors, or equivalent, financial rating.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Minimum A- S&P rating or equivalent.
Names and qualifications of employees responsible for service delivery.
Names of other Emergency Services receiving similar services and the classes of risk involved.
Reference to the relevant law, regulation or administrative provision: The tender is open to Insurance Companies and Underwriters licensed to transact Insurance Business in the categories listed in II.1.6 in the UK or EC Member State of Domicile.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Insurance providers will be selected using criteria set out in III.2.III above.

The following insurers have been preselected and do not need to apply for inclusion:
Ace, Allianz, Amlin, Aspen, Aviva, Chartis, Lloyds underwriters, QBE, RSA, Travelers and Zurich.
The current insurance programme is subject to Long Term Agreement to 31.10.2014. The contract will only be re-tendered if the Term Agreement is breached.
