Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Completion of the tender documents. Any supplier may be disqualified who is:
a) Bankrupt or is being wound up, whose affairs are being administered by the court, who is in any analogous situation arising form a similar procedure under national laws and regulations;

Service providers may tender for all or part of the services concerned but may not make any one part dependent on another except where otherwise stated in the tender document.
