Tenders for insurance risks will be invited on the basis of a 3 year long term agreement with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Options for longer term contracts will be considered provided sufficient information is provided by tenderers for the total cost of each option to be assessed. Insurers will be permitted to tender for all or some of the risk classes.

This is a precautionary notice in respect of the Material Damage insurances which are currently under a long term agreement with a 2 year option to extend which expires 31 July 2012. Liability insurances LTA expires 31.7.2012.
The following insurers have been pre-selected:
