Insurance services. Wolverhampton Homes Limited (WHL) is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) established in 2005 which manages and maintains Wolverhampton City Council’s Social Housing Stock (approximately 23 200 properties).
Insurance is required for the following areas, and Tender responses must cover all areas:
Motor Fleet.
Property Damage.
Loss of Business Money.
Business Interruption.
Personal Accident.
All Risks.
Fidelity Guarantee.
Other Insurances may be included in the final contract, more details are included in the PQQ of possible other required insurances and shall be confirmed in the Invitation to Tender.
Wolverhampton Homes seeks to develop a partnership relationship with its Contractors and in this instance will consider the award of an initial 3 year contract, with the option to extend for a further 2 years, subject to review and satisfactory performance.
Wolverhampton Homes is committed to continuous improvement and sees development of trading relationships with all its suppliers as a means of working together to achieve both parties’ objectives. Contractors may be required to attend meetings to further these aims.

III.2.1)Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.
