ForViva Group Limited (ForViva) is procuring a Framework Agreement pursuant to which it is envisaged that contracts will be let to providers within the Framework for the provision of a range of care, support and health services. For further details of the services that the Framework will cover please refer to the Schedule of Services contained within the tender documentation.
Under the Framework Agreement the following entities will have the option to award Call-Off Contracts to providers appointed to the Framework Agreement as and when services are required:
(i) ForViva and any entity within the ForViva group from time to time, which currently includes City West Housing Trust, Villages Housing Association and ForWorks;
(ii) Local Authorities within the UK (both those that are in existence now and those that may be in existence in the future). A list of the current Local Authorities can be found by visiting: http://www.idea.gov.uk/idk/org/la-data.do
(iii) Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) within the UK (both those that are in existence now and those that may be in existence in the future). A list of the current CCG’s can be found by visiting: https://www.england.nhs.uk/ccg-details/ and
(iv) Social Housing Providers within the UK (both those that are in existence now and those that may be in existence in the future). ‘Social Housing Provider’ for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes, without limitation, registered housing providers, local authorities and ALMOs. ForViva intends to appoint no more than 5 providers to the Framework Agreement following this procurement process, subject to a receipt of a sufficient number of complete and compliant bids.
ForViva will be holding a Meet the Buyer event on Wednesday, 10th February, 10:30 till 12:00 at the Daresbury Hotel, Warrington, WA4 4BB. The purpose of the event is to provide all potentially interested parties with a detailed insight into this upcoming new Framework, setting out our aims and ambitions and how you can be a part of these as we move forward.
The session will include a presentation, question and answer session and also chance to meet lead officers working on the project.

Whilst the Framework Agreement will be in place for a maximum period of 4 years, bidders should note that individual contracts called-off under the Framework Agreement may be for a period of greater than 4 years so may continue beyond the 4 year term of the Framework Agreement.
The current estimated value of the services to be called off under the Framework Agreement is between 500 000,00 GBP and 2 000 000,00 GBP. However, providers should note that this is only estimate. This actual value may be higher or lower than this depending on how many entities decide to join and call-off under the Framework Agreement.

ForViva reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to processed with all or part of the Framework Agreement. ForVia will not, under any circumstance, reimburse any expense incurred by bidders in preparing their tender submissions.
