Haringey Council is informing potential providers about a market engagement event on the forthcoming procurement for the provision of integrated lifestyle services.
Please note this is not a call for competition or formal tendering procedure.
The event will enable providers to get information about the council’s commissioning intentions and forthcoming procurement and provide feedback before the start of the procurement.
The market engagement event will take place via MS teams on 1 July 2020 from 14.30 to 16.30.
The council wishes to commission an organisation(s) to deliver an integrated lifestyle service which includes:
• smoking cessation
• adult weight management
• physical activity sessions
• community based NHS health checks
• brief alcohol advice.
It is anticipated that the tender will start in mid July 2020 with 8 weeks’ response time. The service would commence on 1 April 2021 and run for a period of up to 8 years with a break clause after the initial 3 years.
