2. About us
Precision People is a consultancy specialising in engineering, technical and executive search recruitment based in Leicester. Operating for fifteen years, we supply permanent, contract and temporary staff across the whole of the UK.

The business currently has eleven members of staff and consists of three divisions. Engineering, which supplies temporary staff to the sheet metal market, a Technical division which consists of a maintenance desk supplying permanent staff to food production factories, a lift & escalator division, a machine tools division, and a mechanical and electrical contract desk.

The Executive Search division consists of an engineering risk and safety search team and placing high-level executives within the manufacturing and aerospace sectors.
Also recently launched this year our new brand Myjobs.coach which assists businesses who are making staff redundant without placement services and assists candidates looking to improve their chances of being offered a new job through an online learning portal.

3. Overview of business issues
Precision People currently solves client’s recruitment headaches by supplying temporary, contract and permanent staff. There are many other issues SME’s face and so our goal is to launch ‘360-Talent PRO’ portal to deliver a ‘wrap-a-round’ suite of services which would complement what Precision People and Myjobs.coach already offers.
The portal will be developed to assist SME’s and gives solutions to help them develop, train, and retain their best talent, by taking a holistic talent-partner approach.

The portal will be designed to integrate fully with our current job board posting software and CRM systems and online learning portal.
We have significant growth plans over the next five years and believe launching a new online portal will deliver these extra services which give us the tools to grow the business moving forward.
