There will be 2 separate contracts for the delivery of this service however they are being procured and evaluated together. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the potential for a 2 year extension period, therefore a maximum potential contract period of 5 years. There is an existing staff pool delivering this service therefore TUPE may apply.

West Sussex County Council in collaboration with NHS England Specialised Commissioning South East is seeking a service provider to provide an Integrated Sexual Health and HIV Service across the county of West Sussex. There will be 2 separate contracts for the delivery of this service however they are being procured and evaluated together. The contract is for an initial term of 3 years commencing the 1.2.2020 with a potential extension period of a further 2 years, therefore a maximum contract duration of 5 years. There is an existing staff pool delivering the service therefore TUPE may apply.
