II.1.4)Short description:

The MPS estate comprises of a range of properties, primarily within London and generally operating 24/7/365 and includes critical and high security properties. The current integrator services include procurement, co-ordination, helpdesk, computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system and management of facilities management (FM) services delivered by a supply chain appointed by the MPS.

The new integrator services will also include certain co-ordination and management services of other MPS appointed service providers primarily in connection with the operation, rationalisation and upgrade of its estate, supported by a common data environment.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The framework is for the provision of integrator services (see II.1.4) above) readily accessible by all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including the Offices of the Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs), the Greater London Authority (GLA) and its functional bodies.

The anticipated framework duration will be up to 48 months with possible extension to this period by a maximum of 24 further months.

The framework will be competed in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations (2015).
