The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. “The Landing MediacityUK” will manage and govern the overall entity and project. Specialist Operators of key facilities within the building are being procured by Salford City Council on behalf of The Landing MediaCityUK .The Landing is the contracting body. The Landing is supported through a combination of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) and Salford City Council funding
