This is a call-off framework for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning of and provision of basic and advanced training on interactive whiteboards to schools and other establishments throughout Northern Ireland as and when required during the period of the framework. The estimated annual value of the framework is 250 000 GBP. However, the Board can give no guarantee of the value of business, or number of orders which will be placed, during the period of this forthcoming framework as these are subject to the requirements of the bodies participating in the framework.

Description of these options: Framework period: the initial framework period is for 11 months with option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months each. A further 3 month maximum extension option is also included should it be required due to a delay in the establishment of any succeeding framework.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Southern Education and Library Board will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
