Description of these options: The Services shall start on the Service Commencement Date of 1.8.2016 and shall continue for an initial period of 12 months. Thereafter the College Board shall reconsider the re-appointment of the Supplier annually and may at the discretion of the College extend the Services on an annual basis for a maximum duration of 4 years.
